Limited Warranty

Canfield Equipment Service, Inc. warrants it’s installation(s) and/or modifications to the identified vehicle to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years or 36,000 miles, (whichever occurs first) from date of delivery to the original and subsequent owners. 

This Warranty covers only repairs, or at our option, replacement to correct any defects related to materials and workmanship of the installation or modification by Canfield Equipment Service, Inc.

This warranty shall not apply to:

• Products installed which were manufactured by any Company other then Canfield Equipment Service, Inc even though installation was done by Canfield Equipment Service, Inc. For these products the manufacturers warranty shall apply.
• Products, installations and modifications, which have been subject to misuse, misapplication, negligence, accident, modification and tampering.
• Surface rust or corrosion, which has not perforated the product or installation.

Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular application or use is limited to the warranty period specified above in the written warranty. Performance of repairs to materials and workmanship is the exclusive remedy under the above written warranty or any implied warranty. Canfield Equipment Service, Inc. shall not be liable for consequential, incidental or economic damages (including but not limited to claims for wages or labor, material, loss of profit, personal injuries, damage to property, transportation or replacement rental expenses resulting from breach of this written Warranty or any implied warranty. *) 

Canfield Equipment Service, Inc. does not authorize any person, dealer, agent or employee to create or extend any other obligation or liability in connection with this vehicle beyond those set forth above. 

*You may have other rights, which vary from state to state; some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty will last, or in the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
